Where are you located?
We are currently operating mobile and online. Meaning, we do not have a physical storefront location yet.
Savannah Saddlery strives to provide our customers with the most convenient ways to receive your items. We offer pickup, as well as delivery to your residence or barn in the Greater Savannah and Lowcountry area. We also offer shipping within the continental US.
Take a look at our Upcoming Events page to see which local shows we will be attending, and you can always pick up your items from us there too! Please contact us to coordinate any delivery method that is not shipping.
Where can I find your pop-up schedule?
Check out our Upcoming Events tab to see where we will be setup next! We strive to attend 3-4 events per month in the local community to make it convenient for you to come shop with us!
If I don't see it on your website, can you get it?
Yes, absolutely! We are set up with many different brands that, combined, offer pretty much anything you may need for your horse, the barn, or yourself. Please use the Contact Us form, or give us a call, and we’d be happy to do a special order for you!
Do you offer consignment?
No, at this time we are not offering consignment. Please check back later!
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes we do! Give us a call at 912-226-7870, or fill out the Contact Us form, to coordinate local pickup and delivery options.
What is your shipping policy?
We currently offer shipping within the continental United States. If you are outside of this area, please feel free to use the Contact Us form to inquire about a shipping quote. Thank you!
What if I need to change my shipping address?
No problem! Just send us an email to SavannahSaddlery@gmail.com as soon as possible so that we can change the shipping address before your package ships.
How do I track my order?
Once we ship your order, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number which will provide you with an ETA.
What is your return policy?
While we hope you absolutely love your products purchased from Savannah Saddlery, we understand that fit and other issues may arise from time to time. Please contact us prior to any returns. Refunds will be given up to 30 days after purchases, provided that the item(s) are returned in unopened/unused condition.
Please note that the cost to ship an item for a return or exchange is the customer’s responsibility. If the item is an exchange, Savannah Saddlery will ship the exchanged item(s) to the customer at no additional cost to the customer.
We are also happy to meet you within the greater Savannah area to process a return or exchange. All on-sale items are final.
