Refund policy

While we hope you absolutely love your products purchased from Savannah Saddlery, we understand that fit and other issues may arise from time to time. Please contact us prior to any returns. 

 

Refunds will be given up to 30 days after purchases, provided that the item(s) are returned in unopened/unused condition.

Please note that the cost to ship an item for a return or exchange is the customer’s responsibility. If the item is an exchange, Savannah Saddlery will ship the exchanged item(s) to the customer at no additional cost to the customer.

We are also happy to meet you within the greater Savannah area to process a return or exchange.
